Annotation file available
Upon user request we uploaded the GFF version of Nannochloropsis gaditana annotation. This file is in standard GFF3 format, and features refers to the assembled genome (i.e. scaffolds).

The data which you have provided online, i am not sure whether that data is complete or it is exactly the data i want. I want your help regarding this and will cooperate at all levels.

the data in the FTP area is complete, i.e. refers to the whole genome we analyzed.
